What does each step in your ORDER STATUS mean:
SAVED: You add the items you like to your cart and you are not ready to buy at the moment, you can save the contents of your cart for later retrieval. This way you can come back, login to your account and retrieve a previously saved order and continue your purchase. Please revisit the product to make sure the item is still in stock.
PENDING: You add the items to your cart. You complete the checkout process placing your order. If the status remains pending, it means that payment has not yet been received. You may come back at a later time log in to your acount and pay for your order. Also it might be an indication that the credit card you used to pay for your order was declined. PAID: You placed your order succesfully and your payment was approved.
VERIFYING PAYMENT: After your payment has been approved, we need to verify its authenticity by several methods using the information you provided. Some of the methods are reverse address and reverse telephone lookup in the white pages, IP tracking to location origin, E-mail validity tests. This process is long and it may delay your order. Sometimes we will need to contact you to provide us with more information like credit card bank telephone number. If we are unable to verify the validity, we will contact you and process a full refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. (ET: 1-3 days).
PROCESSING ORDER: Your order passed the verification process and is ready for packing and shipping.
SHIPPED: Your order left for shipping. Tracking numbers will be posted to your account as soon as they become available from the shipping company.
COMPLETE: You order reached its final destination according to UPS tracking information.
CANCELLED: You decided to cancel your order. A refund according to our
Refunds and Returns policy is pending.
REFUND COMPLETE: Your cancellation or return was received and your refund was processed succesfully. Relevant information regarding your refund will be posted to your account.
